On Saturday afternoon, we observed a female that was disoriented.  Lance took control of the situation ad quickly determined she was suffering from extreme heat exhaustion,  Lance took immediate action getting her cooled off and calmed down,  Paramedics were called to the events plaza and continued the treatment that Lance had in initiated.

Had Lance not stepped in and taken the immediate action this young women would have passed out and could have succumbed to heat exhaustion. 

I feel that the rest of the chapter members should be made aware of the decisive action Lance took to save this women's life.
