To Whom It May Concern,

  I am a disabled veteran from Desert Storm and completing my doctorate in Leadership. In order to complete, I am reaching out to various service organizations like yours to seek participation in an anonymous survey. I need only a few people people who have computer access to complete the online survey. Of course, as many as would like to participate is welcome. Thank you for your support. I have received approval from the National VVA to conduct this research.
